Palanpuri diamantaire, Shreyas Kirtilal Doshi, Chairman & Managing Director, Shrenuj & Co. was awarded the “Pioneer Honoree”by the Indian Diamond and Colorstone Association (IDCA) at its 27th Annual Gala Awards Night held during the JCK Las Vegas show on June 4, 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, Las Vegas.

IDCA selected Doshi for his dynamic contribution to the transformation the Indian diamond industry.

Shreyasbhai was earlier one of the youngest Chairmen of The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council at the age of 31, and one of the pioneers of laser technology in diamond cutting in India. Earlier he was conferred with Lifetime Achievement Award by the International Colored Gemstone Association in 2003 and has also been inducted into the GIA League of Honor. Shreyasbhai is also the Honorary Consul for Finland in Mumbai.
