QDS Pro, Founded by Somil Shah & Ravina Parikh, Wins Leadership Excellence Award at PIBM MSME Summit

Somil Shah and Ravina Parikh — Co-Founders of QDS Pro — were recently honored with the Leadership Excellence in Promoting Right Education Award at Uddipan, an MSME Summit organised by Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM). The award was presented by Prof. T. G. Sitharam, Chairman of AICTE, in the presence of Cabinet Ministers and other esteemed dignitaries.

Somil and Ravina are the son and daughter of Minaxi and Rahul Jormalbhai Shah, and grandchildren of Lalitha & Ramesh C. Chah. Ravina is married to Dhruvesh Parikh.

QDS Pro, which won an award for Leadership Excellence, is a leading name in the test prep space, having both offline and online coaching for a variety of entrance exams, including GMAT, CAT, GRE, SAT, and other study abroad and management entrance exams.

Somil Shah and Ravina Parikh, who founded the company in 2018, said their aim is to equip students with all the resources required for their test prep and play a role in empowering them with the necessary tools required to achieve their dreams, thus creating a ripple effect that will transform the education sector as a whole.

The Uddipan awards were part of a National MSME Summit & Leadership Conclave held at PIBM on April 25-26, 2025, and supported by MSME and other ministries and the AICTE. The AICTE is the official statutory regulatory body under the Department of Higher Education, to regulate quality and standards across over 12,000+ colleges and universities in the field of technical education across India.

The conclave included panel discussions and presentations by representatives of government as well as corporate leaders from different sectors and an awards programme. The awards were presented across three categories - Innovation Excellence, Leadership Impact and Sustainability & Social Impact.
