Rajiv M. Mehta, Trustee, Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust received an award and was featured in the Elite BW Power List of Social Impact Leaders & Change Makers 2022 curated by leading business publication, Business World. 
 

The awards were distributed at a day long Summit focusing on Social Impact held in Delhi on April 21, 2022. Rajiv is the son of Late Mahendra G Mehta and Asha Mehta who set up RNCT some decades ago. The former is described as the “visionary”, while Ashaben is the “backbone” of RNCT.
 

The list of awardees was compiled by a Jury of eminent personalities from diverse fields including Jury Chairperson Dr Kiran Karnik, Former President, NASSCOM, Air Marshal Naresh Verma, AVSM, VSM (Retd.), Padmashri Dr Niru Kumar, Founder & CEO, Ask Insights, Manoj Gurshani, Managing Trustee, Indian Relief Foundation, Natatsha Patel, CEO, Indian Sanitation Coalition among others.
 

The organisers say the list “recognises exemplary work undertaken by illustrious social sector professionals across India” and that the awards are “to honour individuals who are the source of the ripples of change in society”.
