Four books on social and religious themes compiled by Dr. Naresh (Nanalal) Ratilal Shah will be inaugurated at the 10th anniversary celebrations of Uvasagga Nigranth Tirth, Gutal Chokdi, Nadiad, on January 29, 2012. The books are on: • Jain marriage ceremony and importance of vidhi and material • Death and useful custom • Samayik and Chaityavadan in Gujarati • Navsmaran in Gujarati Date: January 29, 2012 Venue: Uvasagga Nigranth Tirth, Gutal Chokdi, Nadiad A Vimochan function will subsequently be held in Mumbai in February. (Exact details will be announced later). The books will be given free of charge on request Forthcoming books from Dr Shah which will be published in the next three months include • Acharya of Mahavir and Yogdan in Nigranth Tirth • All Pratikrraman in Gujarati
